Welcome, my name is Lucy Anne Flinn, Reiki Master (Teaching), Essenian Healer and Pleiadian Healer. My journey with Energy Healing has brought about life-changing results. Having faced long-term struggles with poor mental health and chronic pain, I found the solutions I needed through this work which inspired me to help others. What is Reiki?

• A method of Energy Healing, Reiki is Japanese for “universal life force energy” and involves healing with hands – an ancient healing technique rediscovered by Master Mikao Usui.
• Reiki treatments provide a gentle yet powerful way to address physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances.
• Reiki alleviates all kinds of pain, clears blockages and enhances your body’s natural healing abilities so it is extremely complementary to other treatments and medicine.
• Each treatment is tailored to your needs, whether you’re seeking relief from issues or exploring overall wellness.
• The healing energy flows from the Reiki Practitioner’s hands to where it is needed the most, promoting deep relaxation.

What does a Reiki Practitioner do?

• A Reiki Practitioner has been initiated and taught how to perform Reiki on themselves and others. For the Reiki Practitioner to receive certification, they must be initiated in person by a certified Reiki Master. The Reiki Practitioner is a channel of the healing energy, it comes out of the hands in a powerful and concentrated way.
• I am the 13th Reiki Master of my lineage, Usui Shiki Ryoho, meaning ‘Usui’s Method of Healing’ and my healings and teachings are directly from Master Usui’s original teachings, which through this line of Reiki, are kept pure and accurate. Keeping these teachings in purity enables the Reiki energy to be much more powerful.
