Experience and Skills

As a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Systemic (Relationship) Psychotherapist, I draw on a wide range of knowledge and therapeutic approaches.  I offer a collaborative approach, with an emphasis on curiosity, respect and positive regard.  I like to be active in sharing practical tools, setting between-session tasks and creating interventions for change, at a pace that works for you.

Almost 30yrs of clinical practice both within the NHS and privately, together with my specialist role with the British Red Cross / FCDO, leads me to believe we can heal from past hurts, learn to regulate emotions, step confidently beyond fears and rise above despair. If you feel ready to take the next step, I’d be glad to help you.
