Experience and Skills

I’m Cath, an integrative counsellor and chartered psychologist specialising  in supporting adults through physical health changes, long-term conditions, health anxieties, and life transitions such as perimenopause and menopause.

When your body or health changes, it can reshape your daily life, confidence, and sense of identity. You might find yourself managing on the outside while carrying constant overwhelm or anxiety underneath.

With five years of experience, I tailor my approach to suit your individual needs and preferences, drawing on elements of Person-Centred therapy, CBT, Psychodynamic theory, and coaching tools.

Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you don’t have to navigate this on your own. Get in touch to book a brief, informal introductory call.
