Experience and Skills

Hello, I’m Amy! As a warm and empathetic professional, my passion is creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can truly feel heard and supported. With over 7 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds, in settings ranging from schools and charities to private healthcare and private practice. I offer flexible support through online, in-person, and telephone sessions, tailoring my approach to meet your unique needs.

I take an integrative, humanistic approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of techniques, including Play therapy, Person-Centred, CBT, and Psychodynamic approaches. I understand that every individual is unique, and I adapt my methods to fit your personality and goals. Whether you’re dealing with short-term challenges or seeking long-term growth, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way. My experience spans issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, bereavement, trauma, life stressors, and abuse.
