We are a confidential service, keeping to data protection and GDPR guidelines for the storage of personal information and clinical records. We are registered with the ICO. Confidentiality ensures your sessions are private. It is however usually helpful and advisable to keep your GP informed, given s/he is the gatekeeper for your well-being. We would of course consider what works best for you when we meet.
