Tai Chi Small Group Class Mondays 7-8pm

Tai Chi is gentle movement, that is at once mindful and meditative. Using breathwork and moves from Qi Gong, this class will help you relax, feel supple and energised. It's also a wonderful way to improve health and wellbeing. Tai Chi is good for co-ordination, balance and focus. It’s helps people with mobility or joint issues and can be very good for people with Parkinson's Disease.
