Are you struggling with low self-esteem or finding yourself constantly worrying about one thing or another? Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, and want to build confidence within yourself.
As a Low Intensity CBT Therapist, I specialise in supporting individuals living with long-term health conditions, helping them navigate the emotional and psychological challenges that often accompany physical illness.
I also work with a broad range of clients experiencing common mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress, phobias, and anger-related issues. I recognise that each person’s experience is unique and tailor my approach to meet their individual needs and goals.
I have extensive experience delivering evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)-informed approaches. My work focuses on helping clients develop practical tools and effective coping strategies to enhance their wellbeing and overall quality of life.
My key areas of expertise include:
Supporting mental health in the context of long-term physical conditions
Anxiety, depression, and stress management
Social anxiety and building confidence in social situations
Anger management and emotional regulation
Phobias and fear-related difficulties
Behavioural change and self-management strategies
Guided self-help interventions
Building resilience and coping skills
I endeavour to create a warm and calming atmosphere where clients feel comfortable to explore their difficulties and work towards their goals. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. My aim is to help individuals build confidence, improve day-to-day functioning, and move towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.
