Mindfulness Mondays 7-8pm

Mindfulness Mondays - is a new meditation class that includes slow movement, breath-work and meditation to cultivate and balance vital energy. Each class will contain both static (standing) and dynamic Qi Gong which is flowing, slow movement suitable for any age or level of mobility. The class helps tackle stress, by shifting the nervous system from a state of fight/flight to a calm parasympathetic state. Combined with meditation and breath-work, the class will help you reduce levels of cortisol (stress hormone), regulate heart rate and blood pressure whilst also improving resilience, mood and mental clarity. You will also benefit from improved balance, posture and coordination. This class is especially suited for those seeking to improve pain and reduce discomfort that arises with conditions such as arthritis.
